Franklinton, NC-- Funeral services for James Norman O'Neal, age 88, who died on Sunday, December 18, 2022, will be held on Friday, December 23, at 11 a.m. from the New Liberty Missionary Baptist Church in Louisburg with Rev. Hosie Starr officiating. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery.

Born August 17, 1934, He is survived by his wife, Bessie O'Neal of the home; four daughters, Linda O'Neal and Sharon O'Neal, both of Raleigh, NC, Arlene Estes (James) of Wake Forest, NC, Frachon O'Neal of Raleigh, NC; three sons, Ray Norman O'Neal of Greensboro, NC, Joe O'Neal and Larry O'Neal, both of Raleigh, NC; three sisters, Ella Bolden of Franklinton, NC, Della McCowan and Frances O'Neal Williamson, both of Laurel, MD; eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be Thursday evening from 6 - 7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home.
