Louisburg, NC--Mary John Smith, 89, died on February 24, 2023. She was born on March 18, 1933 to the late John Randolph and Mary Belle Inscoe of Hickory Rock. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Wilton, and daughter Mary Lu.
Mary John is survived by her daughter, Marilyn Huey of Louisburg; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Oakwood Cemetery in Louisburg with Pastor Tony Capehart officiating. Graveside visitation will immediately follow the service.
