LOUISBURG, NC--Dale Wayne Tharrington, 62, of Louisburg went to be with the Lord March 27, 2023.

Dale enjoyed making everyone happy through his DJing, sports, and being a great husband, brother, uncle, and friend.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 30, 2023 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Bright Funeral Home in Wake Forest. A funeral service will be held at New Hope Christian Church on Friday, March 31, 2023 at 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Beulah Christian Baptist Church.

Dale was the son of the late Bobby Ray Tharrington and Lillian Rae Catlett Tharrington. He was also preceded in death by his father-in-law, Kirk Faulkner; nephew, Charles Tharrington; and great-nephew, Talyn Burkett.

Dale is survived by his wife, Rhonda Denton Tharrington; mother-in-law, Linda Faulkner; step-mother, Judy Tharrington; step-children, Adam Smith (Erica) and Amy Bucklin (Danny); brother, Ricky Tharrington (Julie); sister, Connie Pulley (Terry); nephew, TJ Pulley (Cameron); nieces, Chrissy Creech (Waylon), Dawn Tharrington, and Alexandra Denton; sisters-in-law, Michele Denton and Kim Denton; several great nieces and great nephews.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to New Hope Christian Church, in memory of Dale Tharrington, 2779 NC 98 Hwy. West, Louisburg, NC 27549.
