Carla Brooks Bass Rogers
March 19, 1954 - May 13, 2023

Carla Brooks Bass Rogers, 69, passed peacefully at home surrounded by family on Saturday, May 13, 2023. She was born on March 19, 1954 to the late Otto and Valerie Bartholomew Bass.

Carla is survived by her loving husband, Bill; her daughter and son-in-law, Carly and Travis Williams; and her grandchildren, Jocelyn, Elliott, and Andy.

Carla was a hairdresser for all of her working career at Vicky's Beauty Shop in Spring Hope which belonged to her mother before Carla. She was talented with all forms of arts and crafts and could paint anything. She and Bill enjoyed dancing and when younger they would go fishing.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, May 18, 2023 at Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery, 1581 Bethlehem Church Road, Youngsville, North Carolina, 27596, with the Reverend Ed Earp officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
