LOUISBURG, NC--Kimberlee Dawn Matthews, 50, of Louisburg, died unexpectedly on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at her home. She was born to Danny Matthews and Geraldine Matthews in Franklin County on March 27, 1973.
Dawn was preceded in death by her father, Danny Matthews; her paternal grandparents Bill and Nell Matthews; and her maternal grandparents, Atha and Lucy Patterson.
Dawn is survived by her mother, Geraldine Matthews; sister, Tracy Matthews; three nephews; three great nieces; and many aunts, uncles, extended family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 11, at 2 p.m. at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N. Bickett Blvd, Louisburg. The family will receive friends and visitors immediately following the service.
