LuAnn Stott Salzillo
January 6, 1955 - December 5, 2023
LuAnn Stott Salzillo

Louisburg, NC--LuAnn Stott Salzillo, 68, of Louisburg, NC, went on to her heavenly home on December 5, 2023 after a truly courageous in-home struggle with Alzheimer's disease. She was born in Wilson, NC, on January 6, 1955 to Lloyd George Stott and Eva Jeanette Stott (both deceased).

LuAnn, who worked in MEAS at NC State, was a beautiful, happy and generous woman who radiated sunshine and smiles. She was an extraordinary wife, gifted artist and a very fine singer. She loved just about everyone and everything including clouds, trees, "tings" and a parade of cats (fatties) and dogs.

She is survived by her loving husband and best friend of 42 years, Dale Martin Salzillo; sisters, Georgette Williams (Mark), Rebecca Buff and Valerie Stott (Jimmie Pleasants). She is loved by so many, including in-laws Leslie Salzillo, Robin Romans, J.C. Salzillo (deceased), and Greg Salzillo, as well as her nieces and nephews Jeremy Williams, Katie Stobie, Jacob Buff, Melissa Wistehuff, Courtney Shontz, Carly Triola, Alina Somers, Gabby Salzillo, Cassie Salzillo, Travis Salzillo and a host of great nieces and nephews.

Special thanks to Transitions Hospice and the Franklin County Adult Day Program. On-line tributes may be shared at (Cremationsocietync.com) and memorial donations can be made to Pine Ridge Baptist Church, Zebulon, NC, where a Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 2 p.m.
