Rachel Harris House
October 16, 1938 - April 2, 2024

Louisburg, NC--Rachel Harris House, 85, of Louisburg, NC went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 2, 2024. She was born on October 16, 1938, in Franklin County, NC.

Rachel was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her family was one of the biggest joys in her life. Rachel was a Christian and a lifelong believer of Jesus Christ. She never knew a stranger as she drove around the community smiling and waving to all! Rachel will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Rachel is preceded in death by her husband, Tom House; parents, Melvin and Senora Harris; brother, Curtis Harris, sister-in-law, Marie Harris and niece Dawn Harris.

Rachel is survived her daughter, Jamie Richardson (Jesse), granddaughter, Morgan LaRoque (Webb) and great-granddaughter Sadie; stepdaughters, Veronica Fuller (Avery), Karen Wood, Stephanie Murray (Gary) and Cindy Jones (Scott), nine step-grandchildren, and eleven step-great grandchildren.

Family will receive friends and visitors on Friday, April 5, 2024 from 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N. Bickett Blvd. Louisburg, NC 27549.

A private burial will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial contributions to be given to the American Cancer Society.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services of Louisburg.
