Charles Lee "Chuck" Allman
April 25, 1941 - April 10, 2024

Spring Hope, NC--Charles Lee "Chuck" Allman, 82, of Spring Hope, passed away, on April 10, 2024. He was born on April 25, 1941, the son of the late Tressie Asbury Allman.

Chuck is survived by his wife of 57 years, JoAnn Swaney Allman; his sons, Jeffrey Allman and James Allman; his granddaughter, Ashlyn; and his grandson, Waylon, both brought him much joy.

Chuck was a lover of the outdoors; he was a farmer, a carpenter, and a beekeeper. He was a former board member of the Franklin County Cattleman's Association; he was active with the Franklin County Beekeepers Association and an honorary fireman with Justice Fire Department. Chuck was a hard worker and principled, no matter how difficult it may have been, he always did what was right. Chuck loved little children, whether they were his grandchildren or kids in the neighborhood.

A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Sunday, April 21, 2024 at Duke Memorial Baptist Church, 3976 NC-581 North, Louisburg, NC 27549, with Reverend Kaden Williamson officiating.
