Franklinton, NC -- Rose Elizabeth Perry Nance, 81, of Franklinton, died April 28, 2025 at Zebulon Rehabilitation.
Rose was born on September 24, 1943 to the late Buck and Gladys Perry. In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Lane Nance; her son, Bobby Wade Jones, a daughter, Pamela Annette Draughan, her sisters, Brenda Perry and Carolyn Ray; and her brother, Robert Earl Perry.
Rose is survived by her daughters, Kathy Thompson (Doyle), Mandy Ellington (Gregg), and daughter-in-law, Angela Franklin; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and one niece..
Funeral service will be held at 4 p.m., Thursday, May 1, at Lancaster's Franklinton Chapel, 504 E. Mason St. Franklinton, with Pastor Spencer Strickland officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. |
