LOUISBURG, NC -- Donald Howell Foster, 75, of Louisburg, NC, passed away on August 26, 2025.
Born on July 30, 1950, in Vance County, Donny was the son of Robert W. and Bessie Goodson Foster. He was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Frank Bullock, Jr.
Donny is survived by his wife of 56 years, Wanda Ayscue Foster; his children Donna R. Bullock and James D. "Jamie" Foster (Tiffany Koger); four grandchildren and two great grandchildren; siblings Raymond Foster, Kaye F. Garbett, and Debbie F. Pace; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was at Lancaster Funeral Services in Louisburg, NC, on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, from 6 until 7:30 p.m. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 11754 Old US Hwy 64, Spring Hope, NC 27882.
