Charles Stevens "Steve" Rose, 77, of the Pilot Community, died December 9, 2025, at Dunmore Senior Living of Zebulon.
Born on August 28, 1948, in Raleigh, North Carolina, to the late Alice Denton and Charles Rose, Jr.
Rose is survived by his wife, Diane Burchette Rose; son Andy Rose, and wife Jami, of Zebulon and two grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers, Mark Rose and wife Jean of Zebulon, and Barry Rose and wife Missy of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, December 15, 2025, at Pilot Baptist Church, 8103 NC-39, Zebulon, NC. Pastor Richard Price will officiate.
The family will receive friends following the service in the Pilot Baptist Church Family Life Center.
