LOUISBURG, NC -- Cindy Ann Debnam, 69, died December 29, 2025 at her home in Louisburg, NC. Cindy was born on September 07, 1956 to the late Owen Charles and Barbara Hudson Debnam. In addition to her parents, Cindy was preceded in death by a sister, Julie Hunt.

Cindy is survived by her daughter, Heather Phelps Wrenn; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and her brother, Scott Debnam (Amy).

A celebration of Cindy's life was held at 3 p.m. on Friday, January 2, 2026 at Louisburg Baptist Church with the Reverend David Averette officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
