J. WESLEY HUNT
September 21, 1966 – January 14, 2008
LOUISBURG – James Wesley Hunt, 41, of 136 Pete Smith Rd., died Monday morning.

Wesley was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and worked for Wake County Public Schools.

Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Don McGinnis and the Rev. Bill Haley officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Wesley is survived by his wife, Shannon C. Hunt; daughter, Codi Hunt; son, Jake Hunt, all of the home; parents, Kay and J.B. Hunt of Louisburg; brother, Shane Hunt of Phoenix, AZ; mother and father in-law; Lynda and Rick Rider; brother and sister in-law, Aaron and Stephanie Rider; niece, Emily Rider; nephew, James Rider, all of Louisburg.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Codi and Jake Hunt Fund, 136 Pete Smith Rd., Louisburg, NC 27549.

The family received friends 7 – 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Strickland Funeral Home, 103 W. Franklin St., Louisburg.
