My deepest condolences to Holt and the rest of Mrs. Kornegay's family. She was a wonderful and warm teacher and will be missed. I treasure the time I spent in her art classes at LC.

Dear Roger, John and Rene,

Please accept my sincerest condolences on the passing of your mother.

I remember as a child in Louisburg her great attitude and love of us all. She had the patience of a saint with us kids!

My mother, Betsy Lavender, counted her as a good friend and they shared many happy days at their "bridge club."

Sincerely,

Bettie Lavender Williams
