ROSILE G. TANT
RALEIGH - Rosile Griffin Tant, 79, of Raleigh, died Thursday, Dec.  26, 2013 at her home. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Jan. 4, at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Hall-Wynne Funeral Service.  Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Franklinton.

A native of Franklin County, she was the daughter of the late Henry C. and Athaleah Wood Griffin, and widow of Frank Junior Tant.  She was a homemaker.

Surviving: daughter, Jenny Haney of Rolesville; sons, Frank Tant III of Raleigh and Tim Tant of Franklinton; sisters, Dianne Forsbery of Southern Pines and LaVern Stott of Franklinton; nine grandchildren; and 13  great-grandchildren.

Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.

The family will receive friends from 12 until 1 p.m. Saturday, prior to the service at Hall-Wynne Funeral Service, Franklinton Chapel.
