DONALD W. GOOCH
CREEDMOOR- Donald Wayne “Donnie” Gooch, 68, died Monday evening, March 22, 2010 at Duke University Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 25, at Mary’s Chapel Baptist Church, with the Rev. Al Thomas and the Rev. Ray Gooch officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

He was born in Granville County, the son of the late Mae Wheeler Gooch and Donald M. Gooch. He was a member of Mary’s Chapel Baptist Church and was an electrician.

Surviving: wife, Betty Gooch; daughters, Nanette O’Neal (Barry) of Creedmoor and Lynn Hall (fiancĂ©, Darryl Jones) of Creedmoor; son, Darrell Gooch of Creedmoor; and 10 grandchildren.

Flowers are welcome or memorial contributions may be made to Mary’s Chapel Baptist Church, P.O. Box 263, Wake Forest, NC 27588.

Friends may visit with the family from 7-8:30 tonight (Wednesday, March 24) at Bright Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 405 S. Main Street, Wake Forest, NC 27587.
