LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Jasper Earl Allen, 61, who died Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2014 w.ill be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg, with Apostle Ethan Arrington officiating. Burial will follow in the Mary Helen Jones cemetery.

Surviving: wife, Mary J. Allen of the home; daughter, Cheryl Allen of Louisburg; son, Alfonso Johnson of Louisburg; sisters, Mary A. Bryant of Nashville and Addie Harper of Rocky Mount; brothers, Herbert Battle and Nathan Timothy Allen, both of Gastonia; 9 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Open visitation will be held at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg on Monday, Dec. 8, from 3 to 7 p.m.
