LOUISBURG--Larry Clemon Nelms, Sr., 74, of Louisburg departed this earthly life on Monday, April 29, 2019. He was born on December 29, 1944 to the late Clemon and Ella Ruth Wood Nelms. He served our country in the US Army during the Vietnam war. Larry was a man of his word, he enjoyed hunting and fishing and it simply didn't take much to make him happy, but there were two things he looked forward to every day, one was his grandboys and the other was sitting at the crossroads in Centerville.
