HAROLD THOMAS EDWARDS

RALEIGH--Harold Thomas Edwards, 80, died Thursday, Feb. 20, 2020. The family received friends on Monday, Feb. 24, from 1 to 1:45 p.m. at St. John's Baptist Church, 1615-A Oberlin Rd., Raleigh, where a funera was held at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Scott Hovey and Dr. Richard Wynne officiating. Burial followed in the Collins Grove Cemetery.

LINDA W. TAYLOR

LOUISBURG--Linda Lee Wynne Taylor, 72, of Louisburg transitioned peacefully into eternal rest on Sunday, February 23, 2020 at her home with her family by her side. She was born on December 31, 1947 to the late George Washington and Shirley Ayscue Wynne. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Tommy Wynne. Linda loved her church and church family dearly. She enjoyed gardening, planting flowers and raking her yard. She was a fantastic cook and prepared meals at Kids Corner Daycare for many years. Family was very important to her and she looked forward to spending time with them, especially at Christmas, it being her favorite holiday.
