LOUISBURG, NC -- Funeral services for Otis Smith, age 86, who died on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 31, 2021 from the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg. Burial will follow in the Walnut Grove Church Cemetery.
