Altene Hamilton Loyd, 86 of Granville County, died Sunday, April 10, 2022. Funeral Services will be conducted at 12 p.m., Wednesday, April 14, at Bright Funeral Home and Cremation Service Chapel with Rev. Al Thomas officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m.-12 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.

HENDERSON, NC--William Arnold Cornell, 70, of Henderson, NC died April 9, 2022. The son of the late Junius Arnold Cornell and Agatha Minola Green. In addition to his parents, William was preceded in death by his son Chad Cornell, a brother, and a grandchild.
