Hollister, NC -- William McClellom Ellington, Jr., 80, of Hollister, died March 24, 2026. Bill was born on October 18, 1945 to the late William McClellom Ellington Sr. and Ruby Dement Ellington. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Eva Kaye Gupton Ellington.

He is survived by his son, Corbett Ellington.

A graveside funeral service was held at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 27, at Centerville Baptist Church.
