LOUISBURG - Dwayne Spencer Gupton, 75, died Thursday, March 19, 2015, at Franklin Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Louisburg. Funeral services were held Sunday, March 22, at Sandy Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Kaden Williamson and the Rev. Joel Story officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
He was born to the late Willis Spencer and Lessie G. Gupton. He worked at the Bolton Corporation for 38 years and was a member of Sandy Creek Baptist Church.
Surviving: his wife, Alma Marks Gupton; sons, Bryan Gupton (Linda) and Kevin Gupton; a sister, Peggy Gupton Leonard, all of Louisburg.
