TED W. BUNN

LOUISBURG--Ted Wilson Bunn, 71, of Louisburg transitioned peacefully into eternal rest on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at his home. Born on July 25, 1946 to the late Charlie Buck and Mary Bowden Bunn and was raised on a 100-acre farm in Justice. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brothers, Ruben Vann Bunn and Floyd Bunn. He was a member of Duke Memorial Baptist Church and a volunteer fireman for Justice Fire Department.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 1:45 pm Tuesday at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N. Bickett Blvd., Louisburg, where funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm with Reverend John Thrift and Alex Cleghorn. Interment will follow in Duke Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Lillian W. Bunn; daughter, Shannon B. Loveless (Michael); son, Daniel Wilson Bunn (Jamie Strain); stepchildren, Elvin Lee Edmonds, Jr., Dennis Wayne Norwood, Nancy Louise Clary and Melissa Ruth Edmonds; six grandchildren; ten step-grandchildren, and five great-step-grandchildren; nephew, Terry Bunn; nieces, Sheryl and Ellen.
