RALEIGH--Bruce Lowell Jenkins Jr. passed away on December 3, 2020. He was born to Bruce Lowell and Alice B Jenkins on July 28, 1959 in Raleigh, NC.

He attended Millbrook High and went on to attend Duke University and then Yale, where he graduated with Honors with a B.A. in English, and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

He was pre-deceased by his father, Bruce L. Jenkins Sr., and is survived by his loving mother, Alice B. Jenkins, and many cousins. Bright Funeral Home in Wake Forest is serving the family. In addition, the family requests that donations be made to Franklinton Baptist Church in lieu of flowers.
