LOUISBURG, NC--Marie Fergus Pearce, 78, passed away on September 14, 2024 at Maria Parham Health in Henderson, NC. Marie was born on January 26, 1946 to the late John and Estelle Salley Fergus. In addition to her parents, Marie preceded in death by her husband, William R. Pearce; and her son, Bryon Pearce.
Marie loved to play Bingo, as well as traveling, and she loved to find a good sale when shopping.
Marie is survived by her daughters, Laura Murray (Brian) and Cathy Mercer (Patrick); her grandchildren, B.J. Murray (Ashley), William Mercer, Katie Pearce, Brett Murray, Trey Murray, Joanna "Jojo" Mercer, Dalton Mercer, Waylon Murray, and Blondie Murray; and her great-grandchildren, Hayes, Halen, Lacey, Ella, Lainey, Chloe, and Paisley.
Friends and family will be received from 6 - 7:30 p.m. on Friday, September 20, 2024 at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N. Bickett Blvd. Louisburg, NC 27549.
