FRANKLINTON, NC -- Callie Ann Wheeler, passed away peacefully at Duke University Medical Center on May 16, 2026 while surrounded by her family. Callie was born on January 9, 2026 to John Cary Wheeler and Kortni Michelle Woody. Callie was preceded in death by Peter Wheeler, James Daughtery, and James Turnage.
Callie is survived by her father, John Wheeler; her mother, Kortni Woody; her brothers, Landon Wheeler and Nolan Wheeler; her sister, Kendall Blanton; her grandparents, Deb Woody, Kimberly Latta (Leamond), Justin Wheeler (Victoria), William Wheeler (Ann), and Pamela Wheeler; her great-grandpa, Van Woody; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services for Miss Callie will be private.
