DANIEL H. CLARK
ZEBULON - Daniel Herbert Clark, 71, died Sunday evening, Aug. 20, 2006 at Rex Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday, Aug. 23) at Beulah Christian Baptist Church, with Dr. Mike Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

He was born in Hoke County, son of the late Dan N. Clark and Sallie Rose Clark. Mr. Clark was a retired information processor with the State of North Carolina.

Surviving: his wife, Yvonne Clark; children, Wayne and Linda Clark of Cary, Leah and Jeff Yant of Bastrop, Texas., Wynette Clark of Bastrop, Texas.; stepchildren, Cindy and Phil Beckett, Zeb and Cindy Coleman, all of Wake Forest, Joey and Theresa Coleman of Clayton, Deloris and Ray Mullis of Pearson; sisters, Doris Gibson of Raeford, Muriel Short of Knightdale, Lois and Skip Yarn of Fayetteville; and 14 grandchildren.

Flowers accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Center of N.C., c/o Dedicated to the Flight Fund in memory of Daniel H. Clark, 4101 Macon Pond Road, Raleigh, NC 27607.
