LOUISBURG--Bennie Ray Gupton, 92, of Louisburg transitioned peacefully into eternal rest on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at Wake Medical Center. He was born on July 30, 1927 to the late Bennie Massenburg and Lessie Pearl Burnette Gupton. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sisters, Emilene Gupton, Inez Gupton Griffin and Mary Alice Gupton Denton.

LOUISBURG--Bobbie Diane Tharrington Gupton, 44, died Sunday, Oct. 20, 2019 at her home. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N. Bickett Blvd., Louisburg. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, with the Rev. Dale Eatmon officiating. Interment will follow at Lancaster Memorial Park.

LOUISBURG--Funeral services for Jewel Marie Parker, 79, who died Sunday, Oct. 13, 2019, will be held Saturday, Oct. 26, at 11 a.m. in the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg, with the Rev. Ulysses Banks officiating. Burial will follow in the Quantico National Cemetery.

HENDERSON--Funeral services for Otis "Pa" Williams, 62, who died Friday, Oct. 18, 2019, will be held Sunday, Oct. 27, at 2 p.m. in the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Louisburg.

LOUISBURG--Richard Ray Bihn, 80, died Friday, Oct. 18, 2019 at his home. A private service will be held at a later date.

LOUISBURG--Funeral services for Shirley "Frances" Crews Gupton, 56, who died Wednesday Oct. 16, 2019, will be held Thursday, Oct. 24, at 2 p.m. at Rocky Chapel Baptist Church in Louisburg, with the Rev. Rory E. Sneed officiating. Burial will follow in the Walnut Grove Church cemetery.
