Problem is, we’re not exactly sure who deserves congratulations most.

GOOD MORNING: Yep, you’re right. By any measure it was cold Tuesday morning, 18 degrees out my way shortly before sunrise, and if forecasts are right, it will be at least a couple of degrees colder this (Wednesday) morning.
And, although it’s expected to be a tad bit warmer on Thursday, there’s a chance of (ugh) a little more snow, possibly like the little “dusting” we received overnight Sunday.

I read a story recently that said more high school seniors used marijuana than cigarettes.
The White House “drug czar” is quoted as saying that publicity surrounding the use and benefits of medical marijuana is to blame for the increase.
