Betty Perry was a wonderfully talented gardener. She and her husband Jim very graciously opened her gardens on Hickory Road to the public from time to time, usually about this time of year. She also was very instrumental in creating the gardens at the Mordecai house in Raleigh. She was a very sweet lady and will be greatly missed by the community and her many friends.
