CARL R. VICK
HENDERSON - Carl Richard Vick, 68, of Henderson, died Wednesday, January 25, 2012, at Franklin Regional Medical Center.  He was a longtime owner and operator of Ingleside Grocery and Vick’s Grocery.  He was preceded in death by his first wife, Jeanette Vick, and his son, Dennis Wayne Vick.  Funeral services were held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Corinth Baptist Church with the Rev. Matthew Bowden officiating.  Interment followed in Lancaster Memorial Park in Louisburg.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Vick; his son, Barry Vick of Epsom; his brother, Phillip Vick and his wife, Benjamina of St. Petersburg, FL; his step-daughters, Wanda Gaither of Clayton, Patricia Owen and her husband, Jimmy of Warrenton, and Ruthanne Stevenson and husband, Russell of Henderson; his stepson, Allen Woodlief and his wife, Patricia of Warrenton; his niece, Lori Null, and nephew, Charles Vick.

Pallbearers for the service were be Tony Collier, Kevin Collier, Chris Milton, Tom Wilson, Kenneth Roberson and Jeffrey Edwards.

The family received friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
