MILDRED W. MARTIN

FRANKLINTON-Mildred Wilder Martin, 85, died Monday, Nov. 24, 2014, at Louisburg Nursing Center. She was born in Franklin County on Nov. 1, 1929, to the late Julian E. and Lillie Stroud Wilder. Mrs. Martin was a member of Perry's Chapel Baptist Church.

She is survived by her three daughters, Kathy Lee Mullard and husband Fred, of Crystal Lake, IL; Lu Ann Hardee and husband, Bill, of Willow Spring, NC; and Linda Martin of Sterling, VA.; six grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Devero Martin.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 28, 2014, from the Chapel of Hall-Wynne Funeral Service, 504 E. Mason St., Franklinton. The Rev. David Kerr will preside.
Friends may visit one hour prior to the service from 2 to 3 p.m. in the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mrs. Martin's memory may be made to Perry's Chapel Baptist Church, 854 Perry's Chapel Rd., Franklinton, NC 27525.
