LOUISBURG, NC--Harry Nelson Dupree, 79, died on Saturday, December 2, 2023.
He was born March 19,1944, in Franklin County to the late Willis and Novie Ball Dupree. In addition to his parents, Harry was predeceased by a great-grandson.
Harry is survived by his wife, Joyce Powell Dupree; his children, Harry Nelson Dupree, II (Amber), Julia Dupree (Nathaniel Butterworth), and Linwood Powell (Crystal); six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; his twin brother, Larry Dupree (Pa-tricia); and his sister, Dera Adair.
The family received friends on Wednesday December 6, from 5 - 7 p.m. at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services in Louisburg.
