Louisburg utility project to resume after initial problems
Construction work on a long-awaited Louisburg utility project should finally resume after an eight-month battle that began with the bankruptcy, in December, 2009, of the construction company originally hired to do the work.
The original contractor, Mainline Construction Co., filed bankruptcy not long after starting the project and what ensued was a long struggle with the U.S. Department of Agriculture to get another contractor approved.

I read a story recently where a university professor explained that the decline in courtroom dress is the result of a casual society and ignorance of court culture.
Yeah, whatever.
As a police reporter, I’ve sat in numerous courtrooms totally appalled at the the outfits that some people feel comfortable wearing before a judge who, essentially, holds their fate.
